From National Powerlifter to Fitness Enthusiast: Rajat Sharma’s Inspiring Journey

A former national-level powerlifter during his college days, Rajat Sharma had always prioritized fitness. However, the demands of the corporate world caused his workout routine to take a back seat. “Up until 2008, I was very active. But once I started working, maintaining a proper diet and exercise schedule became challenging,” says the 29-year-old IT professional.

Realizing the need for a structured approach to achieve his fitness goals, Rajat joined HWP in July 2015. While his primary focus was on building muscle and stamina rather than weight loss, he managed to shed 11 kg over the course of a year under the guidance of HWP’s experts.

‘Bulking Up for Strength and Fitness’

With a goal of regaining his bodybuilding physique, Rajat aimed to bulk up rather than slim down. Rajat’s dedication to his fitness goals led him to participate in half marathons and consistently increase his physical activity levels.

Standing at 5 feet 11 inches, Rajat’s weight transformation from 96 kg to 85 kg showcased his commitment to fitness and health. His increased stamina and physical fitness were evident in his ability to undertake challenging activities like a 14 km uphill climb with ease.
